In this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement" or "Privacy Policy"),  the term “Client” refers to the person booking the services of the Company, the term “Company” or “SNAPSHOT” refers to SNAPSHOT-Photography and Films, a freelancing photo studio its subsidiaries, and affiliates.
